A lifelong
resident of Guyton, Warren is active in various
civic affairs including the Rotary Club of
Effingham and the Effingham Chamber of Commerce.
He was recently honored with the 2004 Treutlen
Award for his dedication to the community and
his valuable contributions to Effingham County.
The founding president of the Effingham Chamber
of Commerce and an advocate of indigent and
charitable local causes, Warren remains strongly
committed to his hometown.

Rick and his
wife Debbie have lived in Clyo, Georgia since
1987. He began his career in 1969 as a
Navy sonar technician aboard a nuclear powered
submarine until 1973. Rick has over 30
years employment experience in various areas of
U.S. Military Government contracting by some of
the top 100 U.S. Companies building and selling
U.S. Military equipment. Throughout his career,
he has worked in various types of U.S. Military
Government programs, including the areas of
shipbuilding, Foreign Military Sales and
aircraft design and development programs. Over
the span of his career, Rick has worked for
several large major U.S. corporations, including
Intermarine USA, General Dynamics, Hercules
Corporation, Sperry Corporation, Stromberg
Carlson Corporation, and General Electric.
Rick and Debbie
are one of the original founding families of the
St. Boniface Catholic Church in Springfield, GA,
and he has regularly served in various positions
of leadership within the church. Rick
currently serves on the Board of Directors for
the Effingham County United Way organization.

A native of North Georgia, David began his career as a
firefighter and paramedic after serving three years in
the U.S. Army. He is a licensed paramedic and has
managed EMS services across Georgia and Louisiana with
more than 23 years experience. He has served as a site
reviewer for the Commission on Accreditation of
Ambulance Services since its formation in the early
1990s. He has worked as an emergency medical consultant
in Saudi Arabia for one year and three years as a
private contractor for the US Army and Department of
Defense in Iraq. He moved to Effingham in March 2007 and
resides in Clyo.
